Learning and Development Programme Lead

Up to £39,500

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Development and continuous improvement of the L&D programmes
• Liasing with the wider team to align schemes of works and curriculums
• Working with the heads of the business to ensure adherence to relevant legislation and industry
requirements
• Development of resources and content
• Development of optional unit assignments in line with CIPD guidance as and when required
• Liaising with employers to design bespoke curriculums
• Supporting L&D coaches to deliver a great learner experience
• Delivery of L&D workshops keeping learners engaged through industry examples and participation
• Marking of assignment submissions and providing developmental feedback
• Completing appropriate paperwork such as registers and IV sheets to agreed timescales
• Meeting with learners virtually and in person to assess knowledge skills and behaviours through a
variety of methods.
• Completing progress reviews with learners and line managers within timescales specified
• Supporting the apprentice throughout the journey to the End Point Assessment
• Ensuring the learning journey is on track and learning is being completed to timescales.
• Adhering to Awarding Body requirements
• Assessing learners submitted work and providing feedback in line with stated requirements.
• Following all BePro’s quality processes and procedures
• Working effectively as part of the team
• Reporting progress as and when required.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Qualification in L&D at minimum Level 5
• Significant work based experience of L&D in industry
• Flexibility and adaptable to change
• Positive with a can do attitude
• Ability to manage own diary
• Willingness to learn, develop and progress.
• An engaging communication and delivery style
• Ability to build authentic and collaborative relationships
• Ability to work largely remotely with occasional travel
• Strong organisational / administration skills

DESIREABLE CRITERIA
• Qualification in L&D at Level 7
• Teaching/assessor qualifications
• Experience in apprenticeships
• Experience in delivery of CIPD qualifications
