Overview
The Foundation Certificate in People Practice is aimed at those entering the people profession and provides an excellent base knowledge to build on. It is perfect for those new to a people focused role or wanting to break into the sector.
You will study 4 core modules, covering business, culture and change in context, principles of analytics, core behaviours for people professionals and essentials of people practice.

We now offer this course via two fast track options:

Full time sessions are Monday to Friday 10am-4pm for 3 weeks

Part time sessions have two options, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 2-5pm OR Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5-8pm for 15 weeks

Delivered via an online classroom of up to 25 learners.

Upon completion of the course, you will become a Foundation member of the CIPD and can progress onto an Associate Diploma in People Management or Organisational Learning and Development.
