Overview
The CMI Certificate in Professional Coaching is aimed at those looking for an introduction into professional coaching.
This course will demonstrate how to apply core skills required for effective coaching practice, as well as evaluating communication techniques, assessing approaches for developing relationships and recommending strategies to respond to challenges impacting the coaching relationship.

You will study two units within the certificate which covers the role of the professional coach as well as professional coaching practice. This will be delivered in monthly online workshops.
Alongside this you will be required to carry out 180 hours of self directed learning and deliver 6 coaching sessions.
