The Senior People Professional programme with the CIPD Advanced Diploma included is 24 months long, and upon successful completion you will achieve Chartered membership of the CIPD.
Brand new for 2023, you will now be able to complete the apprenticeship in just 12 months and achieve Chartered membership of the CIPD upon completion. (This route does not include the CIPD diploma)
The broad purpose of the Senior People Professional is to improve people practices in organisations in order to drive organisational performance and effectiveness. Senior People Professionals are the in-house experts in people, work and change. They champion the people agenda to create working environments and cultures that help get the best out of people, delivering great organisational outcomes.

Senior People Professional Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship is suitable for Senior HR professionals and Senior L&D professionals, and the apprentice will be expected to meet a number of core occupational standards before they choose their professional duties according to job role. The apprentice will have the option to study the Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management or the Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development. The programme is aligned to achieve chartered membership of the CIPD upon completion.
