Entry to HR Skills Bootcamp - North East
(CIPD Level 3)
Duration: 15 weeks (part time),
3 weeks (full time) both starting September

Cost to learners: £0 (fully funded) if employed, self-employed, or unemployed

Cost to employers: £300 for SME's, £900 for large employers

Eligibility: Age 19 or above and a resident of the North East Combined Authority area

Qualification: Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice​

Our Entry to HR Skills Bootcamp in the North East is designed for those looking to progress in a career in HR. It focuses on teaching the knowledge and skills required to gain a full time position within People Practice.
No existing knowledge or skills are necessary to join and the course is completely free for all learners.
Not only will you complete the Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice, but you will also acquire essential skills from our career support team that will help you to find your perfect job on completion.
The bootcamp is delivered via online training sessions, which take places on two afternoons per week (part time) and Monday to Friday (full time).
This Entry to HR skills bootcamp is open to anyone over the age of 19 and a resident of the North East Combined Authority area, as well as those currently working within a business based in this region.

Overview
The Enrty to HR Skills Bootcamp has been designed to build the knowledge and skills needed to start a career in HR.
The individual will study four core modules covering business, culture and change in context, principles of analytics, core behaviours for people professionals and the essentials of people practice.
On completion of the Skills Bootcamp, learners will become a Foundation Member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) and gain an industry recognised CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
