This Information Communication Technician Apprenticeship (delivered by Just IT) is ideal for learners who possess basic IT knowledge and are wanting to go into a first or second-line IT support role or equivalent.

As an Information Communication Technician, you will play a key role in helping your employer to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software, as well as provide technical support to end users and resolve IT related issues.
